Where we ship from
Every order ships from our facility in East Hampton, New York, in a plain box with no product names on the outside.
Processing time
Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery times start when the package ships, not when the order is placed.
International
We ship to most countries. The rate is shown at checkout based on destination and is paid by you. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are charged by your country and are your responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements or cosmetics; please check your local rules before ordering, as we can't refund shipping on packages refused by customs.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or the package arrives damaged, email info@metaherbal.com and we'll replace it or refund you.
