What we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, and the items you buy. Payment card numbers are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal and never stored by us.
  • Account information if you create one: name, email, order history.
  • Email address if you sign up for our emails.
  • Reviews you choose to leave, including the name you enter.
  • Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through cookies by Shopify and Google Analytics.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, send a review request after delivery, send marketing emails if you opted in, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments; shipping carriers, who receive your name and address; Judge.me, which sends review requests and hosts reviews; Google and Microsoft advertising and analytics services, which receive anonymised usage data; and email service providers for the emails you opted in to. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for the shopping cart, checkout, and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout needs them to work.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email info@metaherbal.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have additional rights under their local laws, and we honour them on request.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
