Refund policy
30-day money-back promise
If a product isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Opened or unopened, no questions asked.
How to return
- Email info@metaherbal.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Mail the product by USPS to: MetaHerbal Labs, PO Box 5065, East Hampton, NY 11937.
- Return shipping is paid by you. Please keep the tracking number.
Refunds
We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Not covered
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and orders placed through other retailers or marketplaces, which follow that seller's return terms.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice.
